New network need from Loch Buidhe to Spittal via Brora and Dunbeath. The 400 kV substation at Spittal is established as part of reinforcement option PSDC. The 400 kV substation at Loch Buidhe is established as part of reinforcement option BLN4. At Brora and Dunbeath establish new 400 kV substations and install new 400/132 kV SGTs to connect to the existing 132 kV network.
