PM0119: TNUoS Revenue Collection Risk Transfer

An Ofgem decision of 9 July 2020 means the cashflow timing risk of TNUoS revenue collection is being reallocated from National Grid ESO to the Onshore Transmission System Operators. Changes will therefore be made to finance processes and associated STCP changes to facilitate the new processes.
