GC0068: Grid Code New and Revised Unit Data and Instructions

This proposal seeks to modify the Grid Code to capture changes to unit data and instructions resulting from functionality introduced with National Grid‟s new Electricity Balancing System. This proposal seeks to modify the Grid Code to place an obligation on developers of Offshore Transmission Networks to provide OFTOs with the capability to vary the reactive flows at the Interface Point within two minutes.
