4th November 2022 - Our people

The power is in your hands!

We are passionate about leading the world in decarbonisation of power by enabling GB to reach net zero carbon emissions from our electricity by 2035. We need people who can exceed customer and stakeholder expectations – whether that’s in the running of our processes, providing analysis and insights, evolving energy markets, considering how the future might look different, or in leading our people… or by delivering on some super-cool engineering you simply won’t get the chance to work on anywhere else.

We stretch and challenge our people – we will encourage you to try things you’ve never considered, and learn about things you never knew existed. You’ll be supported and developed all the way, through structured learning programmes and on-the-job experience. We’re a supportive, diverse organisation that’s genuinely embracing hybrid working and we will consider flexible working requests for any reason, in any role. So of course, we have exceptionally high employee engagement and offer a range of career pathways and opportunities.

So if you’re a driven, determined team player, with strong customer and stakeholder focus, excited about meeting the challenges of decarbonisation… then we want you! Find out more on our jobs page.
