CM057: Amendment of Section D as a result of Integrated Transmission Planning and Regulation (ITPR) project

Section D requires updates to reflect the new outputs produced by NGET under the revised licence conditions as a result of ITPR and to ensure that it remains relevant in the light of these licence changes and current working practices.
