Standing groups

Standing groups give industry participants the opportunity to discuss issues relating to electricity codes in further detail. These issues may be relevant to one or more of the codes.

Transmission Charging Review Group (TCRG)

The STC Transmission Charging Review group (TCRG) reviews transmission owner charging methodologies and how they affect end users. They also discuss the impact of current and developing charging policies.

Grid code development forum (GCDF)

The grid code development forum (GCDF) facilitates technical discussion of grid code-related issues between us and interested industry participants. Here you will find the proposals for this new forum and details related to forthcoming meetings. 

To align the approaches between the grid code review panel and workgroups, the grid code development forum will be aligned to take place on a single day.

Joint European stakeholder group (JESG)
Joint planning committee (JPC)

The STC Joint Planning Committee coordinates investment planning and production of the Electricity Ten Year Statement between STC parties.

Transmission Charging Methodologies Forum (TCMF)

Transmission Charging Methodologies Forum (TCMF) established under the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) to provide a regular forum for discussion on the development of charging methodologies.

CUSC Issues Steering Group (CISG) where interested parties can raise general CUSC issues that aren't covered by any of the other groups established under the CUSC.
