CMP370: Revision of the connection offer acceptance period for interactive connection offers

A new Interactivity policy has been developed collaboratively with industry through the Energy Networks Association (ENA) Open Network Projects. This CUSC modification seeks to align the CUSC with this Interactivity policy.
