CMP317 & CMP327: Removing Generator Residual and excluding assets required for connection

To define which elements of generator TNUoS pertain to assets required for connection, establish a methodology for maintaining compliance with the range of €0-2.50/MWh for the purposes of EU regulation 838/2010 and remove the generator residual as directed by the Authority.
