CMP263: Housekeeping changes to CUSC Section 14 legal text as a result of the implementation of CMP213, CMP242 and CMP248 on 1 April 2016

CMP263 is a Fast Track modification which seeks to make minor housekeeping changes to tidy up the CUSC following implementation of CMP213. It was also agreed for the implementation of CMP242 and CMP248 to be delayed until 1 April 2015 to implement in this one package of modifications. Further minor changes were suggested within the decision letter for CMP242 from the Authority, these minor changes are included within CMP263.
