CMP193: Housekeeping modifications to Section 14 of the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC)

This proposal seeks to make a number of non-material changes to Section 14 of the CUSC to better incorporate the Charging Methodology Statements into the main body of the CUSC. This includes consequential non-material changes to Section 11 of the CUSC to incorporate definitions previously described in Section 14.
