CAP043 - Transmission Access - Definition

It is proposed to introduce amendments to the Transmission Access arrangements for effect from 1 April 2003. The proposed changes are based on National Grid’s Strawman A model (introduced during the Transmission Access Standing Group (TASG) discussions).
