CAP021 - Requirement to Review Urgent Amendment Proposals

This amendment proposes that where an Urgent Amendment Proposal is approved by the Authority, the review following such amendment to consider whether any Alternative Amendment could better facilitate the Applicable CUSC Objectives, should be optional as determined by the Amendments Panel.
